My local beer store had singles of these, so I thought I would give it a try. I had never heard of Modestman Brewing. Turned out to be a pretty tasty beer. Have a great weekend everyone. cheers.

Oh, it ain't nuttin'. That beer is so light and tasty. Plus, my brain is fried beyond belief and I just wanna mix up my muscle memory! I'll try another 60 second brew-hoover with my left hand next time!

 

We do tend to keep the good stuff to ourselves.

Trying a new one from Bent Run, a brewery in the town I teach in. This is Peter Withers, their new cold IPA. It has a nice, old school West coast hop profile.

 

I have not seen it - will have to check it out - thanks!

 

Stopped in at Double Tap Brewing for the first time in ages. It’s only 10 minutes from home but there are now so many options! I’m starting with Dark Humor, a Baltic Porter. This one’s on the burnt, earthy side and nicely done. Cheers to the weekend, BAs!

 

She likes beer. She's closing in on 70lbs and yet to have her first heat. My last golden was considered overweight at 65.

If in Giddings, you have to get BBQ at City Meat Market. There is a Specs there, they should have plenty of the TX breweries that distribute. Don't know of any watering holes there, cause it has always been just a stop at the Meat Market, and Specs for me, then on down the road I go ha.

 

I like the juice!
