That's a very help analogy, thanks!

I'm really excited to try it regardless. I don't plan on getting my cellar/included one for awhile, so I'm mulling whether I want to get one in pursuit of achieving free shipping. A dangerous road to cellar creep... :joy:

    Couple things:

1.) I confirmed that shipping 15 items from my cellar (combination of 750ml, 375ml, cans) was $30.

2.) Fun fact; I will be visiting the tasting room for the first time ever in two weeks despite being a member since 2020 ha

3.) Does anyone have any or all of these items sitting around that they would be willing to part ways with / trade for? If so can you DM me?

    Black Tuesday Pistachio Vanilla
    Black Tuesday Samoa
    Black Tuesday Blueberry Pancake
    Black Tuesday Spicy Island
    Heavy Things (Firestone Walker Collab)
    Curvy Tuesday (Phase Three Brewing)

So Radler Yuzu is delightful. The citrus flavor is really nice without overwhelming and it avoids any tartness or bittereness, yet is still pretty dry. The first batch of Lemon was still my favorite, but the second batch of Lemon was too bitter.

    Finally trying Lion's Brew.

You know... I saw honey on the label... I saw mead on the label... but I just was not prepared for the explosive honey presence in this. I guess that's on me.

It's good. My main complaint is that it is way too sweet, even by Bruery standards.

The honey flavor is fantastic. Big, bold, good depth. Really interesting. The base is great as a foundation for the honey - nice medium body with some light thickness.

I'm not really sure what the bay leaves are adding... maybe just bittering a bit? Hard to imagine it being even more sweet.

Keeping it simple, Melange a Quad is Fantastic!

RE: March Archive Sale; OK fine The Bruery, I’ll buy more Melange Noir. I was trying to save some for the rest of the members haha

So it takes a month to fulfill an order? Is this a new thing or have they always been this slow?

At least for now the answer is yes unfortunately. This wasn't the norm, but they dissolved a partnership with an east coast distributor back in Jan which appears to have caused all this. The timing of that was also non ideal because this is the time of year where everyone needs to empty their cellars. They told me to expect delays through March but should be back to normal turn around in April.

CA getting delayed now too FYI. I placed a small order of new stuff on Thursday and it hasn't shipped yet. Hopefully that means they're focusing on clearing the people who waited longer. I'll happily wait for that.

They’re delayed 2 weeks in CA. I placed the order on 3/6 and it just shipped this morning.

Haven't seen anyone else mention it, but my long delayed shipment to Maryland eventually shipped without Pass the Yams, which they say is temporarily out of stock. So perhaps they oversold that and finally just shipped the rest of the order (which arrived last week after ordering Feb. 7). Who knows? It's the wild West out here lately (on the East Coast.)

I am hopeful that over the next month or so it gets back to normal. Got all my Jan/Feb beers a couple of weeks ago, and ordered my March beers with the expectation that it could take a month to ship, and if sooner then fantastic! At least this time I have my expectations set properly. But I agree with @DrunkTrol that all this is likely due to them no longer working with an additional shipper in conjunction with 2023 cellar deadline. Probably got pretty overwhelmed with orders pretty fast. Hopeful that come mid to late spring it is normal for everyone though!

As Far As The Rye Can See is pretty much just what the description sounds like... And by that I mean it's awesome.

The BT/Dunn blend makes for a great middle ground body. The double barrel has left it crazy mellow and smooth. Warm but virtuality no heat. Very nice release.

I know it’s nothing new, but I do like White Chocolate. Smooth. Hoping it’s coming back, I’ve only got one left.

The label design for Double Double Mash is very fun... Except it also makes me imagine someone sitting there shoving burgers into the bottle. Hmm...

Surprised Girl Grey got picked for a come back. I enjoyed it the first time but wasn't under the impression it was a homerun.

Ecstatic that the 5 Golden recipe is the same, after Turtle Doves got simplified. Not that the Doves rebrew wasn't great too.
