    I’m a beer loving white guy. I don’t come to BA for free amateur psychological self help and improved “self awareness”…and I don’t and won’t accept any responsibility because someone perceives an insufficient number of female brewery owners or that some white guy 2500 miles away has a reputation for bad behavior in his brewery.

    probably correct…I open the door for my UPS guy because he brings me cans of his favorite beer to try (we trade beers) and he doesn’t even wear a white shirt or tie.
