    Enjoying a loved mixed fermentation Saison from Zillicoah which is in the greater Asheville area. Tart, funky, apple, and white wine. This is a really nice sipper. Rated 4.18.
    Cheers!

    I love the drawing P - nice perspective and depth in that one. Your efforts are paying off big time.

    Cheers!

    Actually the first day here in a while that's best to stay inside. Low 40s with a wind chill in the mid 30s. We had 80s on Monday.

    Thanks man! The likes landscape/towns are always more consensual as well from my own little audience than portraits especially when I’m trying to make it ressemble such and such celebrities.

    @Monkeyknife, I nearly joined an art school two years ago if life circumstances hadn’t made it possible. It wasn’t even THAT expensive, about 350€ for a year and near 1000€ to get out with a decent Bachelors degree. I know it’s never too late but we’ll see.

    @SABERG thanks too!

    It's never too late. Give yourself little exercises to try periodically. Try a new medium like pen and ink or paint. Maybe give yourself just 10 minutes to complete a drawing. Just keep having fun.

    Half Acre Big Hugs (10.0%): An Imperial Coffee Stout from Chicago with flavors of smooth chocolate, strudedel, coffee roast. Balanced and clean.

    Another big one from Half Acre. Big chocolate, strudel/wafer, and a smooth coffee note. Tons of flavor, but not too sweet or heavy. Actually finishes somewhat dry. It's a darn good Imperial Coffee Stout. The coffee nor malt is overpowering and focuses on the flavor here. Incredible drinkability for 10%. There's a reason they keep making this each year. It is an excellent stout.

    I have been there a couple of years ago. Two years ago I wanted to go there again, but could not find it. Looked up the address in advance this time and hope to go there Friday.
