A decent amber from Sky dance...no date. It's got nothing on a fresh Coop native amber, which is really more of a red IPA. Plus a nice cloudburst.

Got some Puerco Pibil in the oven - 4 hour braise about ready. Easily one of my favorites especially since it's in the oven for 4 hours. Nice and spicy as well. Served over Cuban Black beans appropriately.
Damn is damn good. Nectaron is awright...

I'm drinking another South Jersey IPA, 1883, from Mud Hen. In the time it took me to open and pour these cans Purdue scored 9 points. I fear a long night for NC State!

Overtime, tasty. The NHL does no ice cut for overtime so in my opinion overtime ice cuts aren't a thing. The horror I've seen from OT cuts.

Well I could seek out banana leaves - there are loads of Latin/Spanish markets in Providence but this recipe comes out fine cooked in Le Creuset Dutch Oven. Superior cookware with a tight fitting lid.
