Feels like something they stumbled on that they forgot about in the barrel house. I can't imagine it being that great at 5 years in a barrel, and even the description doesn't give the typical hyperbolic review

I've been told by numerous employees at Charlton and at Woodstock that they brew at the Woodstock location on a smaller BBL system. They don't just ferment there. This was in the winter of last year for reference.

Yeah we’ve touched on this a few times.

Wart is shipped from Charlton to Woodstock, where they finish the brewing process.

Alright somebody crack a Quintet and report back that it sucks so I don't drop $55 on a single bottle. Thanks.

New Bock on tap at Charlton. King of The Mountain 5.5%. Really good. Solid addition and low ABV for those 3 pour days.

Hey all, feel like an idiot asking. We’ve gotten half our neighborhood hooked on their coffee. Does anyone know for sure that if my homie puts in an order if I can actually proxy pick up his coffee in Tewksbury?

You can, I’ve done proxy pick up in Tewksbury. You just need to make sure you have the same order window and they can do the pick up prompt or send you their receipt so you can do the pickup prompt.

Moutere Magic has this little weedy, dank aftertaste that is truly top notch.

Appreciate the heads up and went down to get coffee today and specifically this (and desire to be real) after your recommendation. It’s absolutely excellent and I get the weedyness as mentioned! So thank you! [IMG]

My friend picked up an order for me, and I'll be getting it Tuesday. I grabbed this and Desire to be Real, plus a few others. Looking forward to it.

Anyone know if there’s any Quintet left? I imagine it all sold out 4/1? Thx

It did not sell out on 4/1 but think it sold out over the weekend across the TH ecosystem.

I was tracking it available in Charlton through the weekend, same in Sandwich. I saw it went quickest in Tewksbury because that is an area highly concentrated with degenerates who would spend $60 on a bottle of BA Imperial Stout.

oooo Ceylon Swirl is back. One of their best stouts imo.... that says a lot. I'm about to open my 'Moment of Truth' on this dreary day and will report back about it. My hopes are sky-high

Hot take: Persist is better than Moment of Truth and less than half the price. The thiccc boys will love this, but it needs more maple. Usually TH is the goat for maple stouts. I’ve concluded that I’m just not a big fan of the ‘Truth’ line of stouts, they'e Too syrupy. Double Double flip is still stout of the year for me

I plan on going to Charlton on Tuesday to enjoy some pours. Super excited for the New Zealand IPA's. Definitely something I haven't had much of. Looking forward to that for sure.
