Congrats and good luck in Boston! Glad to hear things are going well despite your absence here.
Maintaining my low profile here, stalking threads. Took my girls (8 and 4) to Disney a couple weeks back. That'll put a crimp in my beer budget. But, I did have a nice can of ACE last night that hit the spot.
Happy belated birthday to the Mrs! Hope to see you around these parts more often.

miss ya dude. Where did you wind up again? I hit the Deerfield treehouse a lot on my way up to Vermont… wondered if I’d ever run into you up that way.

I’m a big fan of all things Bissell Brothers, and the first collab with them in 10 years does not disappoint. Picked up 4s of both. Really good.

Hahaha not that far. Northern Westchester. Place called Waccabuc. Despite being further north I still haven’t made it to Treehouse. I have however been to Fox Farm in CT which is fucking great. And a guy at work (I work in Greenwich) picked me up some treehouse which was cool. Hope all is well in south slope!

 

Currently drinking a Stacked Lineup, I don't know what it is but I can't shake the taste of whiskey. Had the same taste in a previous can as well

Something bubbly coming on 4/20. THC seltzers?!

 

I'd go with the Bissel collabs because they are brand new. They were just released at the taprooms this weekend.

 

I see people pointing you towards the bissell collabs (new brews) which I haven't tried. but +1 for Vintage 2014, its still relatively new and the can I had this weekend was great still.

 

I wonder what is allowed in NY/NYC in regards to this. Being in NJ which also has legal recreational now, they are so strict around licensing and requirements that if a brewery ever did want to do a collab THC beverage here i'd assume they could make it but it would have to be sold only from a licensed dispensary. Obviously all laws are not the same across states, thankful NJs archaic brewery laws are seeing some revision, but I'd be super surprised if the same wasn't the case in NYC around THC products

Has anyone tried the THC seltzers?

 

I was curious about those too. So anyone can now sell 5% THC seltzer? Doesn’t need go from a dispensary?

 

When I visit him in my time machine, no way does my 16 year-old self believe it.

 

Yeah I'd be interested to fully understand how that all works, but it is interesting they are able to sell it.

Of course Green City is on the only Saturday in June I can't go.. ugh!

 

Cans that say “hemp derived” THC seem to be available everywhere. Some variants legal everywhere (e.g. Delta 8).
I’m not sure about the actual rules, just what I see in the area. The seltzers from dispenserys don’t specifically say “hemp derived” on the cans.

All the bodegas have “hemp derived” THC in a combination with CBD in my area.

 

Also, I ordered cans and picking up this afternoon

 

Yeah I saw it called out Delta 9 but I don't know what any of that means between Delta 8 or 9 or whatever ha.

I cracked my last can of Equal Parts Citra Nectaron and it had an amazing nose and taste

 

Future Fresh HS16660 drinking very nicely, has a pronounced bitter finish to its dominant tropical fruit profile.
