Certainly in the farmhouse ale family, this one (domain fruit blend 5 from Suarez) aged on Saturn peaches, black currants, and rhubarb - full review here and in NBW #194 (4.2/5) - cheers!

Bissell Omniflora: Mixed Ferm Saison w/ Honey. The aroma is unbelievable. A ton of citrus, warming spices, and honey. Really nice minerality. Acidity is a little high but still easy drinking. One of the more classic saison forward beers I’ve had from BB3R. The yeast still takes center stage with the honey addition.

Finally popped open this Foeder Aged Saison from Bold Monk Brewing in Atlanta. All is Vanity 6% ABV. I'm not a big fan of Farmhouse Ale/Saison with a lot of Brett-like funk and this has some, but it's reasonable. It has fruity esters and spicy hops notes. Some tartness. Moderate bitterness and astringency. Finishes dry.

This was a U.S. Open Beer Championship 2023 Gold Medal winner. Cheers to Friday!

It's a beautiful day for a Saison, for a Saison, today. Review linked below,

    Triptych Brewing Table Saison

Very light and easy, aromas bolder than the taste, though the taste is in right measure for this style. Definately recommend.

Enjoying Zebulon's House Saison (dedicated to Jeff Beck). This is innoculated with a small amount of Brett. Flavors are very interesting as i am getting white wine, bubblegum, and white pepper. Finish is so very soft. World class IMHO.
    Cheers!

Excellent blend of barrel-aged farmhouse ales (one aged on plums, the other brewed with dark malts) from SARA.

Full review here (4.41/5) and in NBW #202 - cheers!

Keler Saison. New to me, but damn, this is a borderline stunner. An effervescent mouthfeel, nice aromas of lemons & faint berry, and a nice drying finish. Beautiful!

Delivers every time. Works well with an aged Havarti too. Seems more bitter than last time, and that’s before the cheese.

I haven't joined in on this thread in a little bit...so here is another contribution from me, take it for what its worth

Joining @SLeffler27 with some classic Saison DuPont. One of my favorites for a long time. Getting more banana like esters, and baked bread. Like banana bread, doughy yeast, and spicy, earthy hoppy bitterness.

A wonderful afternoon Saison, while I spin my favorite album...Sketches of Spain (that should be obvious ha).

I picked up a couple saisons, that look to be interesting. Future postings are in the offing.

A crisp and fruity funk, with nice tartness. It fits my mood this afternoon, mellow and relaxed.

This is one of my favorite saisons, but at 3 years, this bottle was too old.

    Uzès - Separatists

Very tart with the oak progression from faint to huge. Ton of lime. The aroma included singed marshmallow. The last 2oz dumped a yeast cloud and the head quickly dissipated to nothingness, leaving no lacing. Alcohol plays a major role, which is shocking if the label is correct at 4.2%abv. Definitely an interesting take on Saison, on a rare perfect afternoon.
