Notch Brewing (2024)

Stopped in Salem today and the XIV Lager is damn good. Highly suggest getting around to try it if you get the chance.

Better late than never but we got it, ha

 

OMG, it might be the best beer I've had at Notch! The extra time makes the head so creamy, almost nitro.

 

Not joking when I say the French Disko stichfass and ludicrously lagered marzen are among the best beers I’ve had here this year. Get your butts here and drink these.

 

Also, the beer garden is kid zoo at the moment. Some real shitty parenting

 

Marzen easily best notch of 2024 so far, prob a lot of 2023. French disko gravity was good but still mourning?waiting? For biere d’ Alsace to come back

 

I’ll go to my grave saying batch 1 of Biere d’Alsace was the best lager ever made.

Just listened to the Beer and Brewing Podcast with Chris from Notch....hearing how much care and attention they put into their beers is absolutely amazing. Definitely made me want to take a trip there and enjoy a few pints. He made their beers sound so spectacular, I gotta pay them a visit again.

 

Maybe three times a week for me, meh beers though
