    Planning out my day for tomorrow. It will be busy and I hope productive too. I know this is not chair advocate but that’s just the way the photo came out. Show us your chairs, I do love chairs more than any other piece of furniture.

    Well, since the Phillies game is most likely in the bag, I've switched over to the Cardinals & D-backs. Racer 5. An old school IPA that is still very much appreciated by the Hunter. Peace, always.

    Gnarly Barley Hifi Hefe

    Light golden color with good white cap.

    Aroma of mild grain and something slightly tartly sweet like ripe peach.

    Taste is simple and clear. A little less than medium strength with sweet grain and those ripe citrus notes. Little hop presence that I could detect.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

    Good tasting brew that's not remarkable but is suitable.

    All this talk of Japan has me thinking a late fall venture over there. Always wanted to go.
    The flight time and cost have always scared me away.

    Started with a great German Classic Lager. Now, two drain pours later done messing around (a.k.a. being disappointed). Went straight to the basement cellar and picked out a bottle I've been squirreling away from my good BA friend and long-time trading partner @tacosandbeer. This one doesn't disappoint. :yum:
