Wow I’m shocked and deeply saddened. I remember watching his videos regularly and always looked forwards to see what he had in the fridge. He was such a big part of my entry into craft beer. Cheers to you Greg

 

Well this news really chaps my chapstick! I wasn't an avid watcher of his videos, but did enjoy a few over the years -- he was definitely great in giving epic rants about bottle dating and how much it chapped his chapstick. "Put the D@mn date!"

Wishing Greg a speedy recovery.

 

I was shocked to see that the title changed from something like “RIP Greg” to “Greg Update” wondering what he could possibly have done posthumously to warrant an update. I’m glad to hear that reports of Greg’s demise were greatly exaggerated and wish him the best in what sounds like an arduous and challenging recovery journey. Hoping he may he continue to find a passion whether beer or other to share with the world.

ahh i got thrown off by all the people commenting "RIP Greg", hopefully he can pull threw. He got me into craft beer world over 10 years ago.

 

Not as of right now. However, His daughter posted 21 hours ago that’s he’s been sedated and his vitals are dropping as expected.

Sadly, I think it’s just a matter of time.

Yes, what the hell. I am very confused how I missed the plot twist when the fake happened. Or is this not really Rico?

This is hitting me really hard fellas. I have been following and supporting Greg since the very beginning. I attribute alof of what I know today about beer to him, Especially with regards to Dates. Boy he used to harp on Best By Dates lol. I really am sadden by this news. Greg was a beer you-tuber pioneer an OG and also a brewer. Its currently 11:35pm EST. And I wanted to pour this glass in honor of Greg. And you know damn well I gotta use the Sauvin glass for my beer brother! That was his got to glass. Greg heres to you!

 

Yes Greg did a video on Ricos Passing. But we are now learning it never happened. Very strange.

 

Yeah I was like wtf is going on here. Greg posted a full video about his death but as far as I can recall I never remember seeing a follow up video explaining it was mis-inforrmation. Very weird.
