You can also order in the clubhouse. When you walk in, they have kiosks on the right (in the merch store) that you can order from, and there is a cool little beer elevator thing that brings them up from the basement.

The one key item to keep in mind. Last week I was going to order inside at the kiosk. But found it did NOT have the full available to go list inside(as you would reference on your phone). So I moved my order over to the outpost. I had someone look at it with me to make sure I wasn’t nuts. I know originally it wasn’t going to be the full to go available inside. Then that seemed to change. But the other day it seemed back to the older less product inside the clubhouse.

Interesting. The one time I bought inside, I didn't crosscheck the lists... I wonder what I missed out on. Thanks for pointing that out!

Yeah, there really is nothing to this video outside of its galaxy and other hops, which I had always thought. They just need good Galaxy and mix in other hops and yeast and you’ve got green. I’m still trying to understand the point of this video. I like Nate’s content but this basically gives you nothing. We get hops taste different year to year. You just told us that multiple times. What you did not talk about at all is how you deal with bad crops, weird crops, variables, etc. I.e. Trillium pausing Congress St and Galaxy beers. Just we source it and blend it. Which we all know.

This was definitely also the case when I went to Deerfield this winter. There was way more online than at kiosk. There it was clearly because they kiosks were being fulfilled by coolers behind the counter whereas online orders were being picked up at the North end of the building close to the parking lot. (For thos that haven't been, these two places are really far from each other.) Possibly same deal at Tewskbury in terms of multiple fulfillment spots?

I've been the the Cape the most of the "remote" locations and doesn't seem to be an issue there but building is super small so presumably fulfilling all orders from same spot.

If it was canned that morning they usually don't have it inside the clubhouse that day. Seems to be the case every week.

Speaking of Galaxy, fresh Green canned today.

Needs to sit for a few days. Can't recall the last time I had a TH beer the day it was packaged, nor can I remember the last time I even had Green, actually. Very...bitter? But still good.

I'm absolutely terrible at recognizing batch "variations" so I generally just attribute whatever I taste differently to my chaotic mess of a palate. I just happened to notice how bitter it is (on draft and can).

^^^ 4 to 6 rolls then stand can upside down for about 15 seconds and then right side up for another 15 to 30 seconds - you are good to go!

Then find an NES controller and put in the Contra code. Once you've done that it's good to go.

You also need to do 3 push-ups, four jumping jacks and eat pop rocks prior to your first sip.

Treehouse doing a video about working with and doing Lukr pours. So many noses in the air can put them in their bums now.

I fucking love everything about this. It’s pouring foam and beer. Nothing more, and nothing complicated. And even hazie breweries can do it.

Great video that highlights TH’s dedication to quality. Definitely more skill involved than simply “foam and beer” as the video clearly demonstrates. Plenty of local NE (and US) breweries have jumped on the LUKR/side faucet trend and many IMHO are either: a) not doing great pours b) pouring shitty beers out of their side faucets or c) both.

All that said I’m continually impressed by the improvements in TH lagers

I had House Lager Motueka on draft and it was a fucking experience.

A fucking adjunct lager with a special hop varietial and it was the best pour I've had in quite a while, period.

Not much else to say. Tree House really does everything well.
