Same routine, have condo walkthrough of issues at 9AM, so hopefully this will get me a few hours more sleep. Another from the cellar in the cool overnight hours.

Cellar review notes, bottom line, this held up very well over 28 months, and I'm glad I have three more cans. May return later from either a bar with lunch or a brewery if I get adventerous.

Not sure how many dozens of variations of this song I've heard on Blues Before Sunrise over the 28 years I've been listening.

Good day Jason, I’m drinking Rince cochon.
    Time to rinse the pig.

    Cheers!

Didn’t take myself very seriously with this one meaning that I didn’t put much effort into it:

Good day BAs! Thanks @ChicagoJ for getting us started and @Shanex for rinsing the pig - nothing worse than an unrinsed porker!
Today's New Breakfast Beer isn't new - I reviewed it last week - but I liked it so well I bought a couple more four-packs. This is the best non-stout I've had in a ****'s age (Well, that's not a really very long time - PA roads are littered with them, along with deer, porcupines, possums, ... It's part of the PA Dept of Wildlife's "Take a Scavenger to Dinner" program, after the "Feed a Jailbird with Roadkill" program got some harsh publicity from the left coast.)

Starting with a bump this morning.

Southern Prohibition Crowd Control Imperial IPA

Good product here which starts with a sense of complexity and carries that through the end. This is an Imperial style (8%) with a big hop wallop and the feeling you're drinking something substantial that isn't overwhelming. Strength with restraint yet satisfying.

I've been out walking dogs. The youngest gets a three-mile hike, the middle one a two-mile walk, and the oldest a quarter-mile stroll. The old girl is 15, with some arthritis, poor vision, and poor hearing, but she does love her walks.

Good Tuesday BA's! Not my most productive morning but I did run out to a couple stores, do some laundry and watched stage 16 of the Giro that was shortened due to snow at the start. The race "disorganizers" finally decided to drive the riders out about 70K then dump them out to start the race in 50 degree rain. Pogacar showed his dominance again pedaling up the 18% finishing climb for his 5th stage win. Infinite Ale Works Into the Haze, with a couple chicken tenders and carrots, then it's out to trim bushes.

Shanex you must have an extensive beer glass collection. It seems every beer you drink you have the glass to match. Impressive!

    1) Jester King Pilsner (5.1%): A German Pilsner from Austin with flavors of wild yeast, citrus, pale malts and yeast.
    versus
    2) Fair State Pilsner (5.1%): A German Pils from Minnesota with flavors of lemongrass, yeast, and dry flower. Bitter finish. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

    Winner:
    2) Fair State Pils:
    German Pils Battle.
First is Jester King. They use wild yeast, which almost gives this a bit more of that fruity kolsch-like flavor. It's alright but the wild yeast definitely throws in a third factor to this pilsner
Next is Fair State. These had nearly identical aormas. On the flavor though I could easily tell the difference. More straightfoward German Pils. Jester King was okay, but I probably won't pick up more of these.

Way back in the day, @Lingenbrau and me joked about me asking him to send the Elysian brews he didn’t like that much when I found them quite good then. He was okay with the offer but had to pay shipping. They’re decent if fresh hops wise. Cheers Hunter.
