“House Lager is an American Light Lager made entirely with flaked corn and malt from our friends at Thrall Family Malt in north-central Connecticut. This style demands flawless brewing execution-there are no fruits or adjuncts to hide behind-and it is a proud example of our brewing attunement at Tree House. You can taste the difference from familiar industrial homogeneity. Light, characterful, and easy to drink, House Lager carries notes of grain, sweet corn, and hints of lemon propelled by a crispy body.”

I don’t think they deserved a social media tease, but whatever. I’m sure they’ll make a bunch of money off of those cases, especially in summer months.

oh thanks! I should read more.
Interesting that something that I thought was generally looked down upon as a cost cutting macrobrewery technique (corn/rice in lagers) is celebrated as a good thing in this beer

Why even have social media if they aren't going to hype new products?

Interesting pricing on the House Lager right now, the 12 oz 6-pack at $19.80 works out to ~$17.60 for a 16 oz 4-pack. Meanwhile, you can buy a 16 oz 4-pack for $14.20.

Guessing this is unintentional, since the pricing between different formats is usually very close on a per oz basis. I also miss the $15-$16 Free to Roam 6 packs.

Free to Roam is such an outstanding beer. It's between that and Sapling for best TH lager I've had.

Looks like prices have gone up for certain beers.

Single IPAs are now 16.20, the core doubles are still 20.20

Maybe, I don’t know the cost of hops worldwide.

Inflation in the US has dropped over the past 2 years, seems like they would have raised prices two years ago when it was higher.

That said, their core production seems to barely keep up with demand, slightly raising prices would help both sales and demand. It’s also possible they increased hop density.

side note, eureka citra is as good as ever.

Drink of the Gods is packing a shocking amount of heat. I expected maybe a little cinnamon kick but the peppers actually play a prominent role. Worth trying if you like that sort of thing. $20 price tag though....

I grabbed a bottle of this from my buddy’s recent haul. Haven’t opened it yet but I like the feedback.

Anyone have any intel on if these canned cocktails are gluten free? Figured I'd ask her before emailing Tree House.

Also doubt they would part with the calories information but my wife just asked me... So here we are.

only way to know would be to ask them directly. I doubt they keep caloric info. There's bound to be tons of empty sugar calories. Just drink 100 proof bourbon. 82 cal/oz. (80 proof is 64 cal/oz)

I remember when Tewksbury had all the calories on the beer draft beer list when it was in the old clubhouse. I’m still recovering from BTSD

I've emailed them maybe close to a dozen times over the years, simple questions, weird questions, "why are you dating cans by season" questions, and they always answer. Def fire off an email.
