    It was! I McGoogled it real quick, and found it's most commonly used after re-hydrating. Definitely added a salty/briny/umami note to the proceedings. :grinning:

    Heading toward sunset at 9:15 and sipping on an Old Schoolhouse IPA called Misty Mountain Hop. With hops from the Northwest as well as New Zealand. A slight haze but quite tasty.
