Robot Island WC Pils by Ravenna Brewing, on tap at Structures. Nice beer.

 

Hop Butcher Single Grind (6.5% canned 4/1/24): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Strata, Mosaic for flavors of candied orange, tangerine, peach cream, mashed blueberry and notes of lime.

Another good Hop Butcher Pale Ale. Citra, Strata, and Mosaic. Get the citrus orange, tropical Mosaic. I'm not sure where the peach cream flavor comes from. Perhaps a combo of the Strata and Mosaic. A little bit of resinous pine as well.

Well..today no IPA. A Kölsch instead: Naked Kölsch by Cardinal Brewing in Hudson QC, Canada. Tastes like water, but: GOOD WATER!!! Cheers

Really liking this TRVE Summerisle - English style summer ale- hops are nuanced and tasty, balance is crisp on the lighter side as is ABV and bam....refreshing in our 98 degree heat today.



Aurora's new album is out and I am not a big fan, but this track came out in a nicely done youtube version and is way better than the overdone one on the CD.
Wait for the Fever Ray-ish Viking vocals.
