How many miles would you walk for your favorite beer?

I’d walk a couple of miles, but I wouldn’t stand in line.

Just for the beer? Probably only one or two. But if it's with friends, or a 4 pack, I'd walk 4 or 5.

I would walk 3 miles, and I would probably haul a case back in my backpack!

This is totally dependent on the beer. If we’re talking about some aged, special release thing, then I would walk for 5-6 miles. If we’re talking about Bud Light or the like, I wouldn’t even walk one foot.

We walk down to the local brewery (about .6miles), but after a few I try and talk my wife into going home to get the car. It's all up hill going home. Sometimes I walk back, but she actually got the car once!

Excellent answer. I love walking so I've walked hours for a beer. My line limit is about 10 minutes. Maybe less.

Why walk when you could ride!

    To my beer fridge!
Me too, my Dr.'s blamed 'em for my kidney cancer, but I knew better when I was 15.

I've mellowed and don't prize my favorite beer so much anymore. So I wouldn't walk any farther that from the parking lot into the store/brewery/bar.

I can walk point something miles for a beer, preferably in the lower area. Beers have that well known trait of being of some weight, even if on can. Could be good exercise though.

My favorite pubs are in downtown Cedar Falls, IA, about half a mile from my church. I'll often park my car at church when I go to one of them, primarily so I can rationalize consuming the extra calories.

If this was a poll question, I'd go with "0-1."

Depends on the weather. It hit 95 degrees in NJ yesterday. just a 1/2 mile walk in that temperature could heat up a 6 pack. In cool or cold weather about 1 mile.

It’s a billion degrees outside, everywhere, all the time. I don’t even like walking to my garage to get to the beer fridge. I’ll stay inside and just have whatever whiskey is in my liquor cabinet.

Not a whole lot, not because I’m lazy but because I have currently a very weak knee and condition. Thanks the lord I can still drive…

Otherwise I love to walk and hike but only to wander around, not so much to go from Point A to B. So for beer like above you’ll find me walking to the fridge back to the couch.

We’re lucky to have two small breweries within a mile and we usually walk there. So….0-1 miles here.

I’ve waited in sizable lines for Topper and HF but wouldn’t wait for most of the local stuff(sorry Florida).

I walk all the time for beer.

Yesterday I walked about 3.5 miles to a brewery. I routinely walk over 10 round trip to that same brewery if I don’t Uber home.

Another is 4 miles round trip. The other day I finished my run in 96 degree heat at that same brewery and enjoyed a Belgian Tripel on their patio. Then walked two miles home.

I’ve probably done upwards of 20 miles throughout the day brewery hopping.

“Everywhere is within walking distance if you have the time.”
