House Painted , deck power washed this past weekend, and and my wife and I just finished painting the deck, so a rare mid day beer for me.

Mortalis Zeus …. It’s creamy , fruit filled stanky Danky good.


For my money, G n R was the best band to come out of the eighties/ nineties,
This tune, rings pretty true.

West coast Pilsner

 

Trillium Congress Street IPA (Galaxy/Columbus). Passionfruit, yellow peach, grapefruit peel, ripe pineapple, some tangerine, dank, and earthy pine resin. Great soft feel. A highly enjoyable NEIPA.

Goldfinger Danube Swabian Vienna Lager. Brewed with the intent to mimic the first Vienna lagers ever produced. Triple decocted and made with a specifically-processed historical Vienna malt. It's lighter in color than your typical Vienna and has lighter malt/sweet presence as well. However, this isn't light on flavor and complexity, especially for 4.5%. Bright, crisp, and refreshing. It doesn't drink like a Vienna necessarily, but it's a great example of how styles change over the years. Great stuff.

Gnosis Within My Mind IPA (100% Citra). Saturated with Citra goodness. One of my favorite IPA's by them. Top notch Citra hazy.

 

As of 11:30 am today I'm on vacation until July 11th Relaxing with a Fireworks Display IPA and contemplating what to make for dinner. I"m thinking wings probably.



I'm happy to say that my sign worked perfectly today. Some moron going around ringing bells and knocking on doors - he walked up my driveway and as soon as he read my sign made a u-turn.

15% abv. I am not sure if this is still enjoyable.

 

A relatively clean bill of health from the thyroid specialist at the VA this morning so I'll have some beers, starting easy with this Radler.

 

Central Waters Brewer's Reserve French Toast BBA Stout, 11.7 ABV. I previously rated this 4.44. Damn, time to clean windows.
