Forged Irish Stout
14.87oz nitro can into a Nonic glass.
Not sure who actually brews it, as the can states Brewed in Ireland for The Black Forge,
163 Drinmagh Rd, Dublin D12
4.2% alc

It's a pretty solid example of the style. I think it has a more roasted character than Guinness, but I prefer Murphy's. I could drink Murphy's for days.
All in all though, I would definitely grab it again when I feel the urge for a smooth Irish Stout.

I found the answer to my posted question.

Conor McGregor, a UFC fighter and mixed martial arts star, brews Forged Irish Stout at Porterhouse Brewery in Dublin, Ireland. McGregor first started the brand in late 2020, and it was originally only available at his pub, The Black Forge Inn, in Crumlin, Co Dublin. After receiving positive feedback at the pub, McGregor purchased the brewery to scale production and expand the brand internationally. Forged Irish Stout is described as a smooth, roasted stout with hints of chocolate and coffee.

Ok, so that answers it for me.

 

Gnosis Ticking Away 2nd Anniversary IPA (HBC 1019, Simcoe, Citra). Big Valencia orange, orange sherbet, Squirt soda, grapefruit pith, slight lime, some ripe mango, passionfruit, pine. A good tribute to 2 years running. I dig this one.

An Iconic IPA that i never tire of .

 

Yard’s Brawler. The twelve I brought back from Philly are almost gone. Weep for me.

 

Kicking off the weekend with an Old Nation Turps. Felt like a long week after the holiday week last week despite having some company social events including the Gameshow Battle Room place nearby. That’s a lot of fun if you have one in your city. Would have been more fun with some beers, but at 9:30 am it wasn’t the right time.

 

I didn't know that, I've only had pizza in Chicago at Vito's & Nicks, I'll make a note of it.....cheers!!!
