Thanks for the tip! Going to see Tycho at the Salt Shed in November and will
    keep that in mind.

Hard to find a gif of him actually saying that phrase.

That variant is on my list to try. Eagle Park has a nice bourbon barrel aged blended stout finished in ruby port casks out right now that is pretty good if anyone makes it out to the MKE area.

Just refreshing the GI BCBS release chart:
    1/7th will be great
    2/7 will be acceptable
    2/7 will be disappointing
    1/7 will be bad
    1/7 will be disgusting

There will be lineup shrinkage this year.

Five likely: Regular, Proprietor, Cask Finished and two variants.

In the whole scheme it probably isn’t. They may offer less BCBs variants, but hopefully they have more non branded BCBS of that quality like Dapper Rye and Apertivo, etc. releases.

What do we think for prop this year? Weirdo variant or classic?

Why can't it be a classic weirdo?

The rumors are true. Goose just posted a teaser on socials. Only 5 bottles.

That’s a very solid and condensed lineup. I dig it.

Even pared back, still feels too gimmicky or maybe just disappointing. I wish they could just roll back to (in a perfect world four packs of) regular, coffee, and barleywine, and then pair them with a few extra releases like they used to. It was a good set up they had going.

OG: its the OG, it'll be a great BA beer
Vanilla rye: Cautiously excited for that one.
Macaroon: I think I'll love it, but it could be terrible if that ginger goes poorly.
    Prop: WTF, are they serious?
Bardstown: Will taste great so long as I don't think of how expensive the bottle was.
