Imagine them doing this in the Monson days? Lmao

I love it. Really shows how far they've come as a brewery.

Doublefruit is...a bit much. Not terrible, just wayyyy too much peach flavor. Completely overpowers the beer.

Peach Season, on the other hand, is fantastic.

Are you going to Charlton or Sandwich?

    Definitely get pizza. It's amazing.

Nice. Weekends are usually very busy, especially during the summer, but Sunday shouldn't be too bad.

I should be heaing up again myself in early August. Hoping the Trail: Simcoe is still around. Maybe I'll get lucky and Green Machine will return. That one was really good

Am I correct that this is only the 2nd time Eureka with Simcoe has been brewed?

    Please brew more.

Picked up some variety yesterday. The Julius cans have a UPC code on them. It was canned on July 10th, slightly later than my other purchases. None of the other varieties have this and this is the first I have ever seen a UPC code on a TH can. Could it be they are planning on other retail outlets.? Doesn't seem probable.
My only explanation is that it is for the automated can recycling machines.

I had a Sap earlier and just looked at the Julius, KJ, and eureka in my fridge and they all have UPC codes. Pretty sure they have had them for a while but could be wrong.

I don’t think there’s a chance he will ever go to retail.

What are the opinions on Charlton vs Deerfield? A couple friends and I will be making a New England trip the last week of September, and heading from Boston to White River Junction the first Saturday, with Treehouse as the first stop of the day. Either location would be reasonable, so I'm wondering if we should just base it on whichever tap list tickles our fancy the most, or if there are other considerations I'm missing. I will note that pizza isn't really a deciding factor because we'll be hitting Tewksbury later on in the week on our way back down into Boston (unless for some reason Deerfield's pizza is notably better than Tewksbury's).

I’ve never noticed the UPC either, but here’s a video from June 2023 where you can see a UPC on a can of Julius, so this isn’t new.

I feel like the lists are pretty much the same but I'm not positive. One thing I am positive about is that Deerfield is a beautiful area, and Charlton is...not. Personally I'd rather roll through the Berkshires to get to VT than I guess 90 to 95 from Charlton.

Deerfield also has a bunch of fucking candles and shit if you're into that sorta thing
