Yeah it seems the days of those mega fests are long gone, at least for OH, which I am not complaining about myself.

Anyone who got and/or will try to the GC IPAs let me know the stand outs! Hoping to snag some post festival the next time I am in Brooklyn

Incidentally, I have an extra ticket to Green City. A member of our party is a bit under the weather and unfortunately can't make it. Two of us are still going. PM me if you're around tomorrow and want to meet up at the Centre St. location tomorrow. It starts at noon. Tickets were $70, but will take anything reasonable. Say, 45 OBO? Just looking to recoup something.

Following up on my last post, I checked out the untappd scores on these beers and it’s a low scoring release by OH standards. Brooklyn Bustle the only one scoring above 4.20 at 4.33. I think I’m gonna pass.

I hit up the taproom yesterday and had three tasters.

Madcap Monuments < Manhattan Mayhem < Phrenetic Philly.

Madcap was very easy drinking and pleasant, a bit one-note citrusy. Both Manhattan and Phrenetic had a classic OH hoppy flavor- fruit forward, really nice dank middle and smooth finish. Phrenetic came off as more interesting, though def a little more bitter in the finish with a bigger body, which overall made it the most enjoyable for me.

In the end I didn't cans of any but I wouldn't be sad to have a 4pk of either Manhattan or Phrenetic to go through.

I’ve tried them all at the taproom and got a couple 4 packs.
I like Fabulous Falls the best. Easy drinker with a lot of flavor.
    Second favorite was Manhattan Mayhem.
I usually don’t like cashmere but Madcap Monuments was pleasantly surprising.

Does anyone know if there is a compiled list of the beers that were poured at Green City this year? Curious on what I missed out on!

It was on untappd the week/day of the event, but it's gone now as far as I can see

Thank you for that. something that stands out is Side Project and Eighth State not having any stouts listed. Do you know if they didn't bring any or if they had already run out when the other beers were checked in?

Eighth State had some bottled barleywines, which were really good. I felt like there were a lot less stouts/special pours this time around. Or I just missed them

Citra week variety looks great this year. I’ll try some tonight at trivia.

I liked the Ice Bucket, HDHC All Citra and All Fresh Citra the most but all were good. I didn’t try Solo Exhibition.
    Citra Snaps great also.

I haven't been to OH in a while, but I had to stop by to pick up TDH All Citra Everything. It probably tastes exactly like DDH ACE to me, but that white label is worth the +$2 upcharge. I also remember really liking Ice Bucket last year, so I grabbed this year's version too.

As an aside, I don't think we're hitting that year end quota @rozzom who will probably never read this.

It’s really only 1-2 pages per OH outpost. If you’re feeling “mathy.”

Those were the days. Even the FB group shut down because who is trading for OH anymore.

Drinking my bottle of snowbirds 7 tonight. I picked up the rum barrel version as a recommendation from someone here. I want to say @jhavs. It works really well. Much better than the BBA version IMO. The rum and coconut go very well together.
