Nice day, a bit on the warm side. Played a good round of golf today, and then had Elevated IPA in the grille.

 

Hop Butcher Unwind Your Mind (7.5% canned 4/8/24): A NEIPA from Chicago with Mosaic, El Dorado, & Moteuka for flavors of tropical orange, berries, some grape and lychee. Tropical.

Great IPA from Hop Butcher. Four months out but still don't discount it too much. A bit sweet, but still complex flavors. These tend to hold up surprisingly well. IYKYK

It's one of my favorites to drink out of. Especially pilsners. Beers hold their head better with it too.

This is a great album, but out of print...

 

I’m in Sarnia Ontario (which interestingly closer to my home in Northern Indiana than Kentucky - whuddathunkit?) and visiting an Irish pub, so this beer seemed appropriate. My first time trying Kilkenny, not too bad - but not too great, either. Sorta middling.
