    I am so sorry for your loss. I know I love my dogs with all my heart and I'm sure you had that same connection with Bleu. May his food dish always be full, his belly always rubbed, and his favorite toy always be close by.

    Super fresh Beachwood Brewing Alpha Supreme APA while watching today's NFL playoffs and a Packer win tonight ! Love this stuff. Citra and Simcoe, kind of a cross between my two all time favorite APA's, FFF ZD and Alpine HB.

    Hope you're enjoying your time in VT, Colin—I was there just about a week ago but didn't even have time to visit the Cannery. It was hard being so close and not having the time or flexibility to visit anything there.

    Anywho, right now I'm enjoying a bottle of Ommegang Witte (review to follow). This isn't a beer I drink that often from Ommegang, because I just don't drink witbiers that often, but if you ask me this is a truly excellent example of the style. Only makes me happier that I can call Ommegang my "hometown brewery," as it were. And, buying their mixed 8-packs for $12.99 was certainly a good catch, too :-)

    Very sorry to hear of Blue's demise. Losing a beloved pet is always hard, but he was clearly loved, so I'd wager he lived a great life. I'll drink my next beer to Blue...and all our buds that ain't with us no more.
