    First beer of the day BAs! I played guitar for about 3 hours this afternoon with 2 new friends as part of National Music on the Porch Day. I just sat down at the pool, opened a Tropicalia, and a sun shower burst:

    I am going to do my brisket hot and fast tomorrow on the Weber kettle utilizing the snake method. I tried it camping over the 4th and it turned out great. Eight hours including rest for a 16 pounder. Basically just gets you through the stall quickly. Still wrap at 165-170 and juicy as hell. Not sure it would work the same for a butt but I’ll pm you an article. Cheers!

    Never actually smoked on a pellet but snake method on the kettle is hands-off, light it and forget it. I’m probably not brave enough to leave my post :wink:, but you cook hotter so no need waking up in the middle of the night to start the smoke.
