Thanks - I smoked them for 3 hours and then transferred them to a 250 degree oven. Cheers!

...I'm never too old to learn new ways to do things...I've done the display reboot and factory reset many times (it's the old military IT guy in me, like troubleshooting those old, pesky mainframes from DEC, IBM, Sperry, etc.), but testing the battery at home was a new experience and a pleasure to learn another use for my multimeter...ultimately: easy-peasy...

A multimeter is one of those tools that you don't use often, but it's invaluable when you need one!

My BBB and I are trying our last Firestone Walker quarterly shipment. This one is Primal Elements - Pink Guava and Pineapple. Sours are not my favorite style and they are typically hit/miss with my palate. This one is a hit for sure.

Keeping with coffee at night evidently… 903 Brewers Luck O’ the Squatch. Leans sweet as my experience with 903B has been. Fish cream notes are strong. Decent, though I probably wouldn’t seek out actively again.

I bought a rack of baby backs today, I’m probably smoking them Sunday.

I wish I had bought baby-backs, these were St. Louis style and I don't think they're as tender as the baby-backs. Still good, but not as tasty as a baby-back.

Last beer - and a cargo container of food. The beer is Oktoberfest, their seasonal Marzen, and it checks all the appropriate boxes, with a heavy malt profile balanced by some noble hops.

As for the food ….. sublime, if you enjoy brats, sauerkraut, pierogis, and spatzle.

    Check, check, check, and check.

...indeed...!!!...personal experience makes me agree with you, plus @ChicagoJ will vouch for the quality of the beer after that time frame...

...then, there's @TheIPAHunter who has posted a video of John Kimmich espousing pouring, drinking and storage ideas for HT that basically alludes to the idea proper storage of HT shouldn't gravely affect it's drinkability...

...in my book, HT and Focal Banger are up there with Pliny the Elder and Blind Pig (along with some Maine Beer Co. IPAs) that age gracefully up to and over a year beyond their canning dates...
