    I had a buddy pick up and send me some BB4d from the solstice party and noticed that they didn't have the good foil around the cap. Wasn't really worried initial because the label had the barrel aged logo on it. However, yesterday I noticed that the bottle had actually been relabeled and when you pull off the outer label, it had a regular 4d label. Has anyone heard about this? Obviously, I'll know whether its barrel aged once I have it but I thought I'd see if anyone has heard about this with their bottles.

    Knowing Kuhnhenn, they probably mislabeled the bottles and just slapped the correct label on the bottle to fix the problem. Did all BB4d come without the gold foil this year?

    I don't believe I saw any gold foil on any beers people were picking up (I was sitting near the counter).

    My morning: coffee, drive to Kuhnhenn, taste of BBBW (my first), 6 pack, home. :stuck_out_tongue:
    No BB4D or BBBW in bottles yet but it looks like they have restocked some of the ones that were previously sold out. Grabbed 2 American Imp Stout (off a recommendation, thanks SteelersX), 2 '11 4D, and 2 Eclipse.

    When it comes to sports championships, we've been pretty lucky in Detroit. I'm 39, and in my lifetime I've seen 8 titles: 1 Tigers, 3 Pistons, 4 Red Wings. Plus 5 other times one of those teams made it to a championships series and didn't win.

    President's trophy in the '00s - '02, '04, '06, '08

    Have they bottled more BB4D? or at least announced a date?

    I was out at Kuhnhenn for a tour this past Saturday, and Papa Kuhnhenn said they were bottling more BB4D and should have it ready in a week or two. Let's hope it lasts 2 weeks for the MBG Enthusiast tours.

    In a predictable Kuhnhenn fashion, I was able to land 2 bottles of the barrel aged solar eclipse today. They found them under the bar in the coolers. Shows why it never hurts to ask.
