What beer are you drinking now? #4341

I had a twitter follower tell me Ayinger was too light & ordinary. Nonsense. That is how an Oktoberfest Marzen is supposed to be. Extremely drinkable with plenty of character.

Good Sunday afternoon, BAs! A beautiful day and easy ride up from the shore. I stopped at Double Tap Brewing to buy a crowler of Terrible 2's, the second anniversary DIPA. I had a pint at the brewery on Thursday but wanted to post a review on the NBW thread. This ale is hopped with Nectaron, Citra, and Galaxy. It is very good! I encourage any BA in the metro area to check out Double Tap. Cheers!

 

No new beer for me today, but I am having a really good time with this girl right here.

Yeah man. Perpetual is ubiquitous (yeah I copy and pasted that word from google) in these parts. Bottles, cans, stovepipes, cases, 6ers, 12 packs, etc. It's easy to walk by that plain jane label for the next new, shiny thing. But it's a sneaky, good beer. Yay Pennsylvania! Cheers!

 

Another Round Trip Marzen with a song dedicated to my beloved Atlanta Falcons. Yes, you have to have a solid buzz on Sundays to be a Falcons fan.

 

I haven't had one of these in decades. I didn't know they still imported it till I came across it at my local beer store. Delicious!
