I can't recall which I heard first - though it probably was Cash's. I sort of like Kris' version better, but not by a whole lot. I know I've heard at least one other artist do it, but I forget who it was (wanna say an older country artist along the lines of Haggard).

Hope things turn around on the job front soon.

Kistoffreson was probably one of the best songwriters ever, him and John Prine. Two songwriting giants now gone.

Many losses this week, John Amos’ work on one of the first Chicago based TV shows hits hard. Have tapped your music for future listening as always, as getting ready to start my Vegas day.

Full review linked above, ok, let this warm for maximum flavor. Still liked the other three in the fan pack better, pretty much on equal terms.

Hold on to your loved ones and good times for as long as you can.

Wasn't planning on having this. It was on a 4 pack ring, and it opened as I removed it from the ring.

    From a 12oz can. Canned on 08/22/24

Dark brown pouring beer. Not really any light shining through this beer. There's a 2 finger tan colored head. I like the head retention and the great lacing on the glass.
Notes of chocolate and caramel on the nose. I also get a roasty oatmeal aroma.
Taste - There's a good oatmeal hit up front. There's notes of chocolate, a sweet chocolate, on the backside. Faint coffee like flavor also shows up.
For the ABV, I really like the body. Somewhat smooth feeling. Pretty full feeling.
I am liking this beer. Quite tasty.
