More reminders that mother nature is a bi@ch. You are a good man for helping your friend. I am surrounded by family and friends who think “sacrifice/helping” means writing a check for a token amount of $$ and then feeling proud. We are talking about reasonably physically fit people with lots of flexible time but who feel no obligation to do more.

 

You both are spot on! When I finished yard work at 1530 today it was 89 feels like 100...on 10/01! I went thru 3 qts of Gatorade and then 16 oz of Re-Lyte electrolytes and salt to prevent cramps later.

 

What’s up with the plastic cup for brew? Glassware matters!

 

My closer. I used the same glass and got all that extra schmeg from the other sour and it might make this one better. Sleep well all.
