I really like the vibe of Mortalis Avon and OH Broomfield sites. Nice open spaces to relax, fire pits, just stellar ambience. We don’t have many / any spots like that in Buffalo or ‘burbs IMO. My back porch and yard is as close as it gets. LOL!
