These Hazy’s from 8 Bit Brewing in CA are really well made . The Hidden Blade (Citra Amarillo,and Strata) at 8.5% co 09/11 .

 

Tornado damage and power out in Cocoa Beach. Friends ok there but in the dark. Ok here so far in Rockledge. Head Hunter IPA.

Hazy. An IPA brewed by Honor Brewing. Not a bad IPA. Probably would be better if it was not ten months old. Long story.

 

Found this hidden in the beer fridge. I visited the brewery over three months ago and brought it back, so I was a little leery how it held up. My worries were unfounded, because it’s drinking really well.

 

RAR Out Of Order Strawberry Funfetti Fruited Sour 5% ABV. Pours thick and opaque red with a ring of off-white bubbles that left puree residue. Aroma is strawberry, lactose, and cake batter. Taste is mainly real strawberry, with some cake and lactose, quite sweet, moderately tart. Excellent creamy mouthfeel, overall outstanding to world-class adjacent.

We just got RAR in our distribution, and two beers in, they're a major competitor to Drekker. I'll be reviewing everything they bring here.

A stellar example of NEIPA. Tropical, smooth and perfectly balanced. This beer never dissapoints. Always a winner for me.
