    Rose Moss Hop Butcher. Might be my favorite HB brew. I find them to be a bit on the sweet side. Not this one clear and dry.

    Tree House is obviously known for their world class NEIPA’s, but their lager game is also outstanding, IMHO. This kellerbier is packed with spicy noble hop flavors and some lemon, with bready malt flavors for balance. Absolutely love it.

    ...I think it will turn out just fine...actually, the bulk of the meat is boiled spare ribs (not my idea on how to cook 'em, but it's what the Mrs. wanted as that is what the recipe called for)...
