Finishing up my visit to Wander with a Woodinville Bourbon Barrel Stout. Comes in at 10.1, isn't overly powerfully bourbony, smooth, with a bit of heat on the end.

It's an amazing cat, not a mean bone in it's body. If I were to get another cat I would want one like hers as well. Cheers!

Cool cat man. The best Red IPA I can ever remember having was Gordon's or G'Knight from Oskar Blues. Do they even brew that anymore?

Two guys over 7 foot on the Purdue roster when most teams would be happy to have at least one over 7ft. (let alone two). I don't know how Matt Painter does it (but he does). It's almost like he's Rick J-a-a-ames!

I agree. What's in the glass is good too. They're my favorite brewery in town.

Dark brown pour, appears opaque in the glass; patchy, thin and wispy head, tan. Great dark roasted grain scent infused with notes of dark chocolate and whiskey. Big dark malt and bourbon flavors; chocolate; whiskey and dried white oak. Heavy, viscous body; dense and slippery; tons of boozy heat and warmth.

This is a wonderful, powerhouse barrel aged imperial stout. It delivers straightforward malty, boozy character. I like bold and simple wrapped up in one beautiful package.
