Brewery Bhavanna Brisk Pilsner (4.2%): An American Pilsner from North Carolina with Saaz hops for flavors of orange, grassy notes, smooth oat malt body.

Another new one to try here. Rated the #17 American Lager on BeerAdvocate. Some grassy orange and tangerine hop flavors. A full, smooth, lightly sweet oat malt body. A typical hoppy American lager amped up with some oat malts for some thickness and sweetness. Nicely done.

 

I mean... that's usually something we can handle, unless you pay for it. Just sayin'

I hung the Christmas lights on the house and shed today, the weather was perfect for it. Nothing says old man like a bag of ice on both knees after going up and down a ladder a hundred times. Cheers!

Jimmy Vaughn hasn’t been with the T-birds since around 2007. We got to see him a few years back though with his Tilt a Whirl band, he was awesome and put on a great show.

The current T-Bird lineup is Johnny Moeller on guitar, Bob Welsh on keyboards and guitar, Steve Kirsty on bass and Rudy Albin on drums. Albin wasn’t there last night though and I didn’t catch the substitute drummers name. As they are really household names, they have been around, they were extremely skilled players and the band was very tight. I was amazed at how good Kim Wilson still sounds and played.

Looking forward to MNF even tho I have no fav in this game. It's nice to just drink and snack for some games and just let the good times roll..... Tree House Brewing Stick Season American DIPA 8.3% and super tasty!!


We'll be in Boston the first week of January, I can't wait!!!
