Has anyone here tried Continuance 6 yet and wanna share their impressions?

The blend of mostly dark english barleywine with a touch of belgian barleywine, port wine and barrel aged stouts sounds amazing so I'm curious how people are liking it so far.

 

Tried a sip at a bottle share last night. It was good. Will need to crack my own bottle to properly judge it though!

 

Mine is in transit to VA from STL so I'll be glad to post when I get to try it. I've enjoyed them all so far.

Does anyone have a favorite?

Opened a Tete 2019 tonight for the first time since I had it fresh, and I gotta this beer has developed beautifully. Way more complex and it hasn’t gotten any more acidic. Highly recommend cracking one if you haven’t visited it in a while.

 

I thought v19 has been wonderful every time I have had one (which hasn’t been since summer of 2023 at this point). Wonderful vintage fresh. Had no doubt about its aging. Glad to hear it’s holding up!

I think that particular vintage’s ratings got dinged because it didn’t have wax… welcome to craft beer where it doesn’t matter what’s inside the bottle but what’s on the outside of the bottle

 

Absolutely the case, and it's absurd. Good news is that it is/was so much easier to trade for because of that. I think I had a case of it at one point.

 

Another sour no one wants in the LC Shop. Man the last 4 months of this membership have been really rough. I'd be surprised to see another allocated BA bottle by the time the membership is over.
