    Good Afternoon Advocates!

    Whelp I've run out distro of Pilsner Urquell locally again, and won't be back till weekend at best.

    Prolly a sign from the Beer Gods I should get back to the whole fitness and health regimen, given Mt. Washington road race lottery bypass codes go out next week and I put a long season of mountain running in last year to earn my spot.

    But... some fairly fresh Stone IPA as I ponder life decisions!

    1) Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel (5.0%): A German Dunkel with flavors of brown bread, earthy Munich malt, bread and yeast.
    versus
    2) Andechs Weissbier Dunkel (5.0%): A German Dunkelweizen with flavors of cocoa, caramel, bread spices. (Correctly matched the two blind)

    German Dunkel vs. Dunkelweizen Battle. First is Ayinger Dunkel. One of the best. Brown bread, caramel, brown sugar and toasted notes. Smooth, flavorful, and sweet.
    Next is Andechs Dunkelweizen. More bready and German yeast. Much cleaner and drier like a hefeweizen.
    The flavors from Ayinger Dunkel are amazing. A truly underrated beer on BeerAdvocate with only a rating of 89.
    Winner: Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel
