    Though maybe not as popular with BA gurus, we still need to acknowledge the existence and some of the virtues of IPAs.

    Probably mostly due to availability, Imperial IPAs are my daily go-to beer. And there are some good options out there.

    In honor of the many excellent IPAs out there.

    From a Vermonter who likes King Julius better than Heady…and also Focal better than Heady.

    It's not an Imperial, but this is my goto beer on most days, but I consider myself a "stout" guy.

    I like most IPAs from Lagunitas. This is supposed to be some sort of fusion between a west coast and a NE IPA. I’m not totally sure it works.

    It's a pretty great Westie.. nice pineapple, earthy/dank notes.. I'd buy it again for sure!

    Yes, he was one of the few directors that when you finished watching his movies. You want to watch it again because you feel you didn't understand completely. All his films have a sense of mystery mixing reality with dreams. And after a while, you stop to try to understand and feel the atmosphere.

    At 98/100 nobody is taking this beer lightly. One of the best and most consistent double ipas around.

    Well said. There is always a sense of mystery in his films / tv shows for sure. And constantly the pulling back and forth of good and evil. I guess you can’t have the light without the dark and he understood that better than anyone. Cheers!!
