Funny bathroom in this hotel room. Or no bathroom, it is just in the room. Glad I'm by myself, since a like a little privacy in the bathroom No problem with that when outdoors etc. But in a hotel ... Toilet and shower have glass doors too.

1) Drekker Goodbye Stranger (8.1% canned 1/7/25): A NEIPA from North Dakota with Citra, Galaxy, CTZ and Rakau for flavors of lemon, lime, green guava, grape, plum and melon.
versus
2) Drekker Synaptic Cleft (8.6% canned 12/5/24): A NEIPA from North Dakota with Motueka, Moutere, Citra, and Belma for flavors of green fruit, peach, strawberries and tangerine. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Drekker DIPA Battle. Always some of the greatest battles. First is Goodbye Stranger. The Citra/Galaxy balanced with Rakau make some nice green fruit and pine flavors. Extremely enjoyable.
Next is Drekker Synaptic Cleft. Motueka with some nice Belma providing some strawberry flavors. Sort of melds into peach as it ages a bit. Leans sweeter and very smooth and drinkable for the 8.6%.
Both are incredible. I slightly favor the Rakau hop flavor.
Winner: Drekker Goodbye Stranger

 

!! I had a hotel room once that had an open 4 person hot tub adjacent to a king sized bed...like 2 feet from the bed. Yikes!
Interestingly, a few yrs ago I installed a shower head outside behind my garage. A few tall plants around but no privacy. I use it frequently after running in the warmer months here. My wife thinks I'm insane
