Sunny and clear today, so I can get to some outdoor chores I've been avoiding.

Picked up what I thought was a 6 pack of OG Belikin, well, it was 2 OG and 4 Stout. Sitting on the balcony enjoying a stout.

I bailed out of a band rehearsal tonite because I don't wanna and don't need to go outdoors and drive 50 miles round trip tonight. Too cold. Too dangerous for my liking.
Work tmrw night...maybe.
But right now wall to wall sunshine & blue sky has me jonesin' for a beer and some shrubbery.

Sunny here today but pretty cold - got a walk in earlier - nice scenery, but I am ready for some warmer weather!!

 

Some serious wind out there after yesterday's snow, sleet, and freezing rain. It's like the stick apocalypse out there.

Day off, chores done, time for beers and hoping the lights stay on.

Having a Von Trapp pilsner while listening to the wind howling outside.

 

That wind is brutal and it's not supposed to calm down until Wednesday. My back yard is a mess, I have 3 maple trees and there's tons of branches down of all sizes. Gonna require a chain saw and major cleanup effort come spring time. Cheers!

 

Right along here ba. Big ass can- The crisp, pilsner, sixpoint. Crazy windy here as well,

 

We get 60+ mph gusts up here every year, so nothing out of the ordinary so far. We've have three gusts in the "hold your breath and wait for a big crash from the nearby trees" category but thankfully none in the "house's structural timbers are moaning" category.
