We drank it back in the day in the mid-to-late 1980s. It had a unique yeasty character that captured one's attention.

I was at the store looking for Troegs HopBack yesterday. Little did I know that it’s now a draft-only taproom exclusive. Bummer.

Tough one, probably not the most popular choices but thinking:
    Bring back Anchor Steam!
    Bring Back Old Nick Barleywine
Bring back Guinness Gold for everyday drinking
and for Godsakes please someone bring the Real Newcastle Brown Ale back to the US?

See Post #109 above. (I've seen it on NJ shelves). Not sure what deity if any is involved, I figure owner Heineken is doing it for the money.

While still brewed, I am no longer able to find most of the year-round offerings from Brewery Ommegang— I loved Hennepin, Rare Voss, etc.

I haven’t season saison Brett in AZ for years. I think it may still be brewed but not nearly as easy to find as it once was.

I also miss 12oz bottle formats, especially for higher ABV beers. A great example is BCBS. The 12oz was a perfect sipper for one person. The new format is a bit too much for one person IMO, yet not quite enough to split for 2 people to feel fully satisfied. That’s where the 750ml option came in— great for splitting.

I did not see Sierra Nevada Summerfest show up this year. I also miss Samuel Adams seasonal variety packs they actually put thought into. 6 varieties 2 of each beer. Same with Leinenkugel’s

Also Hop Ranch. Whatever happened to that one? Whoever is making the decisions over there should have their head examined. At least Dirt Wolf is still around

Any of the one off, experimental, taproom-only BA stouts from Goose Island (when they were worth lining up for). I'm convinced Cthulhu was one of the best stouts I've had in my life.

'Round here it's still on the shelves. I know, because I keep looking in that SN seasonal slot for the 2025 Oktoberfest...

Near the end of its availability in the US, probably the last decade or so (?) , it, along with sister brew Mackeson Stout, was brewed under license at the BBC brewery in Cincinnati - Hudepohl-Schoenling had previously had the contract to import the beers, owning a subsidiary known as Royal Imports.

As I recall, the end of those versions of those beers coincided with InBev (formerly Interbrew) buying Anheuser-Busch.
