    My first experience with the style, but I really like it.

    1) Hop Butcher DUN DUN DUN (7.5% canned 12/3/24): A NEIPA from Chicago with Amarillo, Citra & Galaxy for flavors of orange, tangerine, nectarine, and tropical stonefruit. Leans sweet.
    versus
    2) Hop Butcher Orange Moss (7.5% canned 1/14/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Simcoe, and Tangier for flavors of orange, bright tangerine and flower with hints of tropical peach and strawberries. (Mismatched the two beers blind)

    Hop Butcher IPA Battle. Both have a lot of orange. First is DUN DUN DUN. Lots of orange hops and flavors. Sweet tangerine notes.
    Next is Orange Moss. Some tangier here to give this some bright orange blossom and hints of strawberry notes. Great stuff.
    Winner: Hop Butcher Orange Moss

    Off Color Beer For Power Plays (7.5%): A Baltic Porter from Chicago with flavors of dark cocoa, brown bread,

    Nice Baltic Porter from Off Color with a little more brown bread and caramel malts. Almost leans toward a brown ale. One of my favorite breweries in Chicago.
