    Quick Question! I am contemplating opening a 1 pt 9oz or so format of Straffe Hendrick Quad ale. Seems like a 750ml wine bottle to me.

    Can I drink a bit an them cap it with a gas tight champagne fitting and expect good taste tomorrow?
