Two Locals - Mistni Czech Lager

 

I love collabs. A lot of good beers come out of them.

 

It's delicious. Crisp, bitter and refreshing. And the lacing is out of this world. An instant favorite.

I wanted to try this beer so I picked up a tall boy. This is pretty tty, I like it much better than the regular Fiddlehead IPA. I wish it was a little lower ABV than the 9%.

We just recovered from a short power outage - probably because of the ridiculous wind around these parts today.

 

Local "New World" Pilsner. Linus from Halfway Crooks Beer. One of my favorites from them. Hard to pick though, because they rock. Prost!

Spring Cleaning blows!
I need a maid. But to afford a maid, I have to give up beer. Not a fair deal.
I married a Nun. When it comes to cooking or housework, she does none. At least she has decent medical insurance, lol.
Anyhoo, this is a pretty good beer.
Definitely the thirst quencher/buzz packer on-er I was looking for.

I was extremely curious about an Imperial Dry beer, as Imperial and Dry doesn't usually coincide.
I know there's a new yeast blend that has amylase enzyme mixed in, which will give you a very low gravity. It's on my list to try this summer on a batch of something.
I shouldn't have sat down with a beer. I may be done for the day.
