What beer are you drinking now? #4555

1) Phase Three Be Cappy (7.8% canned 2/13/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Amarillo, and Alora for flavors of orange zest and yuzu.
versus
2) Phase Three Unchecked Imagination (7.8% canned 1/17/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Moteuka and Citra for flavors of orange citrus, smooth green lime and melon. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

Phase Three IPA Battle. First is Be Cappy. Lots of orange flavors here with the Citra, Amarillo and the Alora giving it some Yuzu flavors as well. Very nicely done.
Next is Unchecked Imagination. Citra and Motueka. Motueka gives it some smooth lime and green melon flavor. Tropical, smooth and complex.
Both are very nice and Be Cappy is settling into some nice flavors now at about 7 weeks. Unchecked Imagination is one of the best showcases of Motueka hops I've had and one of, if not the best, from Phase Three that I've had. Amazing couple of IPAs from Phase Three.
Winner: Phase Three Unchecked Imagination
