Just checked out of the hotel. I got a couple hours of sleep. We are at somewhere in particular brewing.


I got a somewhere in particular orange hippo. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, melon, wheat, cracker, toasted bread, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper/pine. Light pine, herbal, spicy bitterness and slight fruit tartness on the finish. Medium carb and light to medium body. Balanced creamy bready malts and sticky hop mouthfeel. Lingering hop dryness with no astringency. Fairly crisp clean refreshing finish. Not as big on tangerine as I hoped but very flavorful base wheat beer that is clean and enjoyable. 3.9

Maple from a mile away! Absolutely so smooth to drink. Usually a 16oz 11%er would put me into stall mode on a grunt work day, but this is like an energy drink.

 

Somewhere In Particular The Natty. Great pilsner. Aromas and flavors of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, wood, peppercorn, light pine, and yeast earthiness. Light to medium pine, herbal, spicy bitter finish. Medium plus carb, light body, and crisp clean refreshing finish. Balanced bready grainy malt and sticky hop mouthfeel. Nearly bone dry finish, no hop astringency. A bit yeasty but a spot on German style pilsner. 4/5

Somewhere In Particular deflate gate. Awesome neipa. Amazing head retention and lacing for a hazy. Aromas and flavors of big white grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pear, red apple, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, yeast earth. Light to medium pine herbal spicy bitter finish. Balanced creamy bready malts and sticky hop mouthfeel. Light resins and lingering drying with no hop astringency. Big complexity of El dorado, Simcoe, citra hops. Juicy and vibrant hops with a soft hazy malt backbone. 4.1/5
