Nobody is buying the BCBS 2023 at my Specs, so I'm going to keep buying it. Drinking great.

 

Grilled oysters with butter, garlic, spinach and cheese blend, with a torpedo.

 

Dinner prep (nothing fancy, just heating up leftovers) - “Topcutter IPA” by Bale Breaker Brewing, Moxee, WA:




Firm malt base; not much bitterness. A perfectly average hazy lite/American style IPA. Cheers y’all!

This is one fine beer folks. The base beer is classically Vienna Lager good. The oak fermenting just adds some extra interest. Man, I would love to get their beers on a regular basis here in Cumming, GA. These guys are doing unique stuff with barrel fermented beers. Cellarest Beer Project out of Asheville, NC. Please pay them a visit if you are ever anywhere near Asheville. Cheers!

 

Having a Focal Banger. Been a busy day - I got the rest of my raking done, got the trctor started up and changed the oil in the tractor. This afternoon I went down to the local nano-brewery around 1:30 and ended up being there until 4:45. Had a great time and enjoyed a few different beers.

 

I like what I'm seeing.. more M. Ward! Such a talented musician- Saw him in Portland many years ago Cheers, @Holistervildercamp!
