He's an Augustinian. They run Villanova. Always gotta respect St. Augustine. A great hellraiser in his youth, he supposedly prayed: "O Lord, make me a better man. But not yet."
Funny, they never mentioned that one at VU.

Let's go Caps!! Might be the last game where I have hopes for something more than I expect from this team. Ocel10t Ten Years Gone #1 - a collaboration with Schilling and Human Robot that clocks in as a 3.8% Czech dark lager.


Can is seeming a bit more Czech than the pour I had on site (along with other beers) that had a British mild vibe. Still a lovely session brew for my tastes.

Berkshire Brewing Hadley Grass - one of their top beers IMHO.



Dinner with a healthy dusting of Parmegiano Reggiano. It was pretty spicy since I chopped up 12 Thai chilies and tossed them in for good health.

Nothing is easy. Went to an ophthalmologist to get a cataract evaluation. Turns out that I have scars on my corneas. One is bad enough that the doc recommends I have surgery on that eye to fix the scars before having cataract surgery. Wonderful.
