    Sorry to hear about the hot water heater. Hopefully, it is just a thermostat or heating elements. I trust it did not leak. Could cause a big mess (been there).

    We hung out some cloths that we had to wash the beer out of on the cloths line because it was sunny and beautiful. An hour later out of nowhere it poured buckets.

    Thanks Mike, no water on the floor.
    We had a 30 gallon tank hot water heater for 33 years no leaks. Replaced it about 3 years ago with a tankless one. The tech said the heat exchanger broke and wet the circuit panel so probably the whole unit will need to be replaced. Good news is it’s still under warranty

    Hey, BA. Wednesday night i poured myself some DFH 60 Min for the Celtics game but ultimately ended up just not wanting it, so i'm having it now. A ziploc over the glass has never done me wrong when saving beers in the fridge!
