Eleventhree Island Frequency - see this is why I don't tend to review drafts. It's hard to do while you're up and about in the sun, drinking from a plastic cup. I hesitate to describe the node... think my snifter has improved but is still inferior, but still. Taste is fine. Wouldn't know most IPAs from the next.

Eastside Motel - my taste buds are confused. While bitter isn't my preference, I think westies are more my jam... Not that it gets easier when you get to the end of the glass. I guess the good west coast IPAs tend to stand out here? I really wanted to take advantage of the contrast today.

Did finish off that bomber in one go. Wasn't thr best idea, a bit of an ache the next day, but also not the worst experience. Haha.

    1) Hofbrauhaus Helles Lager (4.9%): A German Helles with flavors of earthy and rustic Munich malts. Clean and smooth.
    versus
    2) Tucher Brau Helles (5.2%): A German Helles with flavors of smooth pale Munich malts, earthy honey, lightly toasted. Smooth. (Correctly matched the two blind)

German Helles Battle. First is Hofbrahaus Helles Lager. They have a few variations of this style, and this specific helles is new to me. Rustic and earthy Munich malts. Clean and smooth. Excellent German Helles and would be interesting to see how this holds up to the Original. Perhaps they made a lighter one to make it more drinkable and appealing to consumers, similar to Weihenstephaner Helles and their Original Premium?
Next is Tucher Brau. Slightly larger and sweeter with more of a toasted honey flavor. This is one of my favorite Helles lagers of all. Outstanding German Helles.
    Winner: Tucher Brau

Riverlands Anchor Hook WC IPA (Citra, Citra Incognito, Citro Cryo, Mosaic, Simcoe). Papaya, passionfruit, blueberry, tangerine, ripe ruby red grapefruit, orange and grapefruit peel, some herbaceous dankness, resin. Riverlands makes some killer IPA's.

ISIL cross-post. Shred Beer Oblitorator. An imperial stout with toasted and shredded coconut, and Madagascar and Gomoros vanilla. Courtesy of @Nugganooch. This is an absolutely delightful treat. The coconut and vanilla flavors blend seamlessly. @Nugganooch knows what I like!

Lolev Beer Daltonico black IPA. Courtesy of @Braunmeister_1943. I thought this beer would be maltier than a chicken driving a tractor, but it drinks like a NEIPA. White wine, grapefruit, and mango flavors take over. The brewery is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. If I attend the Green Bay Packers at Aaron Rodgers game in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this fall, I will look for more of this beer. Thank you, @Braunmeister_1943!
